These Terms govern your use of this website and the repair services provided by FrostLine Services LLC ("FrostLine Appliance Repair"). By using the site or booking a service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

We provide in-home diagnosis and repair of residential refrigerators and freezers in our service area. Service availability depends on location, parts availability and technician schedules.

2. Booking and appointments

Submitting a request does not guarantee an appointment until we confirm it. We provide an arrival window; arrival times may vary due to traffic or prior jobs. Please ensure an adult (18+) is present and the appliance is accessible.

3. Pricing and quotes

The diagnostic fee is charged for every completed diagnostic visit and is credited toward the repair if you approve the quote. Prices listed on the website are estimates. The final price is stated in a written quote before any repair work begins. No work is performed without your approval.

4. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless agreed otherwise. Applicable taxes are added to the invoice.

5. Cancellations

You may cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 2 hours before the arrival window. Late cancellations or no-access visits may be charged the diagnostic fee.

6. Parts

We install OEM or equivalent-quality parts. Special-order parts may require a deposit and are non-refundable once ordered, unless defective.

7. Warranty

Warranty terms are described in our Warranty & Refund Policy.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. We are not liable for food spoilage, indirect or consequential damages, or pre-existing conditions of the appliance, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.

9. Website use

Website content is provided for general information. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access or submit false information.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which our company is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
